Anne Marie Duff
Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actor and narration. Her first TV appearances were at the end of the 90s, when she graduated from Drama Centre London. Anne-Marie Duff was born 8th October, 1970 located in Chiswick London. Anne-Marie Duff (8 October 1970) was an English stage-and-screen actress. She became famous for her role as Fiona Gallagher, the lead character in UK television's Shameless during its first two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006) featured her as the role of Queen Elizabeth as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she was also the lead character in From Darkness (2015). Duff played roles in films such as Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scandal (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015). The actress was nominated for BAFTA awards for Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that she received the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the TV movie The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a successful award-winning English actress who has established herself on stages, on radio and in television. The roles she played on Shameless (a British comedy-drama TV series) and The Virgin Queen, a television miniseries about The Virgin Queen, a miniseries on television about Elizabeth I earned her national recognition. Anne-Marie also has a long career of stage performances and has worked extensively with The Royal National Theatre.
